A nice size and beautifully designed room exactly like in the pictures and good service. Large breakfast with lots of food, SINCERE staff. Location so close to banks and ATMs as well as popular cafes.

The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the surrounding area. We loved waking up to such a scenic view every morning. The pool area was also great, especially when it wasn't crowded with children. It was a nice place to relax and unwind.

The hotel lacked attention to detail in some areas. There was renovation drilling early in the morning, which was quite disruptive.

Such a superb stay for a short visit. Clean hotel in a new building so close to Vietnam, Halong Bay and the centre of Halong city. Marvellous location close to Soi Sim. Also, close to many restaurants and shops. The pool area is good too. Everything great.

The hotel's location was excellent, with popular restaurants and vibrant night markets within walking distance. The comfy beds ensured a restful sleep, and the delicious breakfast served each morning was a great start to the day. One thing that stood out to me was the hotel's commitment to cleanliness - everything looked new and spotless. I can't wait to visit this hotel again!

The location it has very close to more eateries, many restaurants, and Haiphong is favourable and marvellous. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet.

During my Thanksgiving trip, I was lucky to experience one of the best accommodations of my life. the staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, always going above and beyond to answer all my questions. I also appreciated the tasty and well-presented breakfast, in which I could try different foods and beverages with a great variety of options. the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room were impeccable, and the location was perfect, as I could easily reach different places of interest by walking or using public transportation.

If I had to mention something that I didn't enjoy as much, I would say that the view from my room was not so impressive, but that didn't affect my overall experience. even though the hotel had plenty of amenities, I would have liked if the elevator reached the basement smoothly.

The rooms were very comfortable with modern amenities that exceeded our expectations. the staff was friendly and always willing to help us with any inquiries we had. We liked how the hotel was located near a gym, which was convenient for us to stay active during our trip. The hotel's cleanliness was also impressive and we felt that it met European standards.

One thing we didn't like was the location of the hotel. It was slightly isolated and there was not much nearby to explore without taking a taxi.

The hotel's location is not ideal, as there's hardly any food available around the area. Although it's walking distance from some restaurants and the night markets, it's still hard to find good food nearby. However, the staff was quite helpful in providing tips around the area.

The hotel's soundproofing needs improvement as guests report hearing noise from the lobby and upstairs.
